My name is Rachelle Peters. I was born and raised in Council Grove, KS and moved to Topeka in 1993. I've been actively buying and selling real estate on my own for the past 10 years and have been a landlord in Topeka since 2000. In 2005, I decided to make the hobby I love...my full time profession.

Whether it's helping a first time home buyer, first time investor, or people looking to buy a rehab project....I enjoy it all. My clients find my years of experience as a home owner, landlord and house flipper beneficial. I not only have a great sense of what my clients want, my past experience with dealing with home problems helps me to answer many questions that not so seasoned Realtors would overlook. I realize that everyone's schedule is different and so I work 7 days a week, and evenings. When my clients need me, I am there. I don't believe in shutting off my phone after 5pm, or not answering calls on the weekends.
